Community Employment & Training
Our Community Employment (CE) Scheme offers 19.5 hours of paid work each week. You also receive training to build skills and prepare for employment.
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 12 months or more, including:
Basic Supplementary Welfare Allowance
Deserted Wife’s Benefit
Farm Assist
Jobseeker’s Allowance
Jobseeker’s Benefit
One-Parent Family Payment
Widow’s / Widower’s / Surviving Partner’s Pension
(Combined payments may count where there has been no break.)
