Community Employment & Training

The Fatima Community Employment Project (CE) has two Supervisors and 39 CE participants, enabling us to support the running of the F2 Centre and community-based services. There are two core areas of work:

  • Supporting the running and upkeep of the F2 Centre and its surrounding environment.

  • Placement training programme: CE participants are placed in community-based services such as the homework club, youth services, childcare, health, digital and sports projects. The aim is twofold in that it gives people valuable practical experience on the ground and enables projects to operate.
